Family Fan Club will ship your order via the method selected during checkout. Family Fan Club utilizes United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping method. First Class and Priority Shipping are available. If you need it sooner, please Contact Us.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Family Fan Club online purchase, we will happily exchange the item for another or issue a store credit within 30 days. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges. Custom & personalized items are not refundable or exchangeable unless Family Fan Club has made a mistake. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the item was purchased from a supporting retail store, please return it to the original place of purchase.
All returns must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, accompanied with the original receipt and have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) issued by one of our customer service representatives. Please e-mail orders@familyfanclub.net to obtain and RA# before returning your item. Merchandise returned without an RA# will not be accepted.

We will try to accomodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
